How to Draw an Axolotl
AIn today’s lesson, we will show you how to draw a cute axolotl step-by-step!
1. Draw the head.
2 – 4. Draw one pair of gills at a time. If it’s tricky, you can scroll down to find exactly how to draw them!
5. Draw the first leg and connect the gills on the right side of the head. Draw the rest of the head.
6. Sketch the first part of the torso by making a slightly curved line.
7. Add a second front leg and a thrid, smaller back leg.
8. Connect the legs and draw the rest of the torso.
9. Draw a curved line along the top of the tail to show the fin. Then add a pair of eyes and a mouth. You can come up with your own design of the mouth, if you like.
10. Add a smaller circle inside each eye. If you want, you can also draw oval blush marks on both sides of the mouth.
11. Draw two small circles for the nose. Next, color the inside of the eyes any way you like, but leave the smaller circles white.
12. Finally, color your axolotl with any colors you like!
